Dianna's Why:
- Dedication to the District
- I worked in the district for 20 years at CHHS as the Head Girls Basketball coach and Health teacher and retired in May 2022.
- My daughter, Kylie, has attended schools in GCISD since Kindergarten.
- Kylie is currently a freshmen at CHHS and will be in GCISD for the next 4 years.
- Commitment to the Community
- I have lived in Colleyville for 15 years.
- There is no one on this current School Board with any ties to CHHS.
- Devoted to Teachers and Students
- I want to help my friends who still work in the district who currently feel very unappreciated by our school board.
- Sadly, CHHS has had 4 principals in four years – that is not normal nor is it healthy for teachers, students, parents or staff.
- There is currently only one Trustee with any educational background and I strive to bring an educator's view to the board.
