With 33 years of classroom experience and two decades of continuous involvement in GCISD as a parent, taxpayer, teacher, coach, and trustee,
I know and truly love GCISD.
GCISD is our community’s most valuable asset. We must remain committed to moving forward to face challenges head-on to ensure continuation of the educational excellence that defines GCISD. This is what our taxpayers demand,
our community expects, and our children deserve.

Eight years ago, the GCISD community surrounded me with support at the beginning of my battle with brain cancer, imploring me not only to be strong, but to be SAGER STRONG. I promised I would never forget and I will never be able to express the honor I feel for this opportunity to give back to the community that has given so much to me. I'm honored to share my qualifications, my professional expertise and personal background on a daily basis as I work hard to serve you. I'll continue to strive to deserve your support. I will also continue to share with each of you, without pretense, my true motivation and intentions.
